Great location near shops, cafes, and attractions. Helpfulness of staff was appreciated. Enjoyed both Japanese and Western-style breakfast.
Unpleasant smell in room and from in-room meals. Noisy air conditioning made it hard to sleep.

We had a great stay in this city. Hotel is close to the station, which was convenient for transportation. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also fantastic.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the city's main attractions, close to the central park, and easily accessible from the train station. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with elegant yukata provided. The staff is both welcoming and attentive, and the traditional Japanese dinner is a unique experience that should not be missed.
The hotel's breakfast options are somewhat limited compared to other ryokans, and there are no outdoor hot springs on the premises.

The traditional experience was fantastic in the heart of all the sights. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The onsen was a nice touch and gave us a chance to unwind.
The internet was only available in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient. The shared bathroom was quite small and cramped, but that comes with the traditional experience. a great stay with authentic Japanese style and prime location for exploring the city.
